Terms of sale
1. Shipping orders
Except in exceptional and punctual situations all orders are delivered between 5 and 7 working days to Portugal, since our products are made to order. For outside Portugal the delivery time is up to 30 working days.
Our offer capacity is limited to the availability of the existing material stock. In case of stock rupture, the items will be shipped later and the customer will be notified by phone that the order has left our premises.
In case the address is incorrect, following the information given by the client, we will charge the shipping costs of the new shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated by the website at the time of Checkout.
All deliveries will be made at the address indicated by the client and are currently in charge of CTT.
The delivery time and shipping costs vary according to the geographical area of shipping:
- The shipping costs are 5,50 euros for Portugal.
- For outside Portugal, the shipping costs have a value of 10 euros.
We ask you to check the external state of the packages upon receipt. If you notice any anomaly (damaged, wet or different quantity of boxes received than mentioned in the delivery note), you should contact our Customer Service +351 913 956 232, so that we can proceed with the complaint.
3. Exclusive representations
Our company sells directly to the public worldwide through resellers and the website, with the exception of Canada which has an exclusive representative. All purchases made in Canada and by customers living in this country, will be directed to the Instagram of the exclusive reseller @marina_luz_carreiro or you can contact through the following number +1 (647) 268-1987.
The prices indicated on this site include VAT at the legal rate in force and will be correctly itemized on the invoice.
Any spelling errors in the marking of the articles may be grounds for cancellation of the order if the customer does not agree with the actual price.
We have the following forms of payment:

The order is shipped after confirmation of payment, regardless of its value or weight.
The products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery of the products, under the conditions of use and care provided in their instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from errors in the use of the products.
If the consumer notices a manufacturing defect, he must inform the company as soon as possible, and he only has two months, after noting the existence of the defect, to make the complaint.
7. Complaints and Returns
The Customer has 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order to return the article.
The returned items must be in perfect condition, inside the original unopened package, if possible, with the complete number of units. We do not accept returns of used products that for hygiene reasons cannot be sold again to third parties, with the exception of articles with manufacturing defects.
The return of the values of the products will only be made after the reception of the articles in our facilities and verification of their condition. The shipping costs will be supported by the customer.

As it is a website, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to make changes to the prices, postage or any other value noted here, as well as the carrier or transport company.
Changes may occur in the level of description, packaging, technical specifications of articles. These changes will not determine any reduction in the quality and efficiency of the product.
Any dissimilarity between the product and the photograph in the catalog does not determine the loss or reduction of quality of the article and this alone cannot be a reason for return.
